Our mission is to cycle>>>Gunung Raya. Claim to be highest peak in Langkawi @ 881 metre high from sea level. Can we make it??!!

Finally...5 riders except the challenge....... Ari...Nazeri...Andak...Elwyn & Azreen. Azam & Din have their programme & Hj Nik with his personal matter.
We buy ferry ticket from Kuah to Kuala Perlis ( evening schedule @ 1700hrs), then we keep our personal belonging (baggage) at the baggage counter for reasonable charge, RM1 per bag.The ferry ticket counter..at the back..
The jurney begin from Kuah to Hill foot of Gunung Raya. Cycling to Gunung Raya from Jetty Kuah for 15 km...through a main road.

500 metre signboard...easily seen >>to hill foot of Gunung raya..
The sign board on the foot hill. Don't worry...u will not charge...if u cycling.....
In a hot & shining day....the cycling begin.
Every 500 feet there will be a sign board. 500 feet, 1000 feet, 1500 feet & 2000 feet.
The weather temperature start to decrease when u reach the top....overall cycling in a hot & shiny day.....

Take a break....& deep breath...
The 5 star swimming pool.....at the back u can enjoyed the beautiful scene...while u are swimming...
Finally all riders reach at the top peak @ 1245hrs. After cycling almost 2 hrs and 45 minute include the short break.
Total uphill is only 13 km with 95% climbing.....fuhhh....
