Hari ni terpanggil aku..untuk buat pendaftaran ' Perlis Mountainbike Club'. Setelah sekian kali dok ambik borang...tapi tak isi-isi pun. Jadi aku dah nekad untuk buat pendaftaran secara terus (online).

Seperti yang tertera di bawah ni lah rupanya borang tu. Isi no jgn tak isi.

Sedikit yuran dikenakan selepas pendaftaran di luluskan oleh jemaah 'Perlis Mountainbike Club'.

RM8 sekali untuk pendaftaran dan RM12 yuran tahunan.

Finally we found the bike shop in Bangkok. The shop is located closed to main road. A few photos taken during visit.

Conclusion...

overall spare part / bike part sold here the price is reasonable . SHIMANO brand more expensive compare the prices in Malaysia. But for Germany, USA product much more cheaper in Bangkok.

MORE ABOUT BANGKOK - THE VISIT

We stay in Bangkok for the 5th day. Friday is the last day at Bangkok. The mountain bike spart part/ accescories some part are cheaper compare to Malaysia.

The product from USA...Germany is cheaper. But for SHIMANO better buy in Malaysia.

BANGKOK - POWER GEN ASIA 2009

Assalamu'alaikum,
to all friends in Malaysia.Now we in Bangkok. Not cycling...but just for a visit. But we will try to find out the MTB part here..may be the prices lower than Malaysia.

Depart from Penang early morning 6 October.

In the flight...also use gas turbine...as an engine.

Arrived in Bangkok...after 1 hr 30 minutes.

The first day....has a window shopping and found 'PORSCHE' mountain bike. Fitted with xtr set. The price, not sure??

Breakfast at the Hotel....only eat bread & fruits

Halo!

On behalf or Nomad Adventure, we would like to invite you and your friends/members of Perlis Power MTB Club to an upcoming MTB Orienteeering event around Gopeng area.

Event – GPS (Gopeng Peanut Search)
Date – 15th Nov 2009 (Sun)
Venue – Earth Camp, Gopeng, Perak
Event Period – 10.00am to 3.00pm
Registration starts from 8.30am

GPS is designed as a fun & exciting event for mountain bikers & outdoor enthusiasts. It is not a race in the traditional sense, rather a navigational challenge done on mountain bikes over 5 hours. There will be prizes for top finishers and also Lucky Draw goodies for participants who returned within the time limit and achieved the minimum score. Confirmed event sponsors todate are Teva, Redbull, Corezone, GPS-Hypermart and couple more to come.

Checkpoints are spread out over surroundings of Gopeng. Variety of routes is on offer, taking riders on a journey to discover hidden gems around the area. Suitable for technical riders who yearn for some new challenge, and also newbies who want a more laidback ride to a famous makan stop

Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri 1430H & Ramadhan.

Ramadan - today is the probably the last day - Muslim fasting all over the world. Not mention either you are Chinese, Bang-la.., Malay, Arabic....or what ever ur race...when you are Muslim...you must fasting.. except for the few cases such as children, sick, too old...etc.

Before that..just to share..our plant just completed the major overhaul for about 2 months >> 2 gas turbine and a steam turbine which in operation for the past..almost 6 years.. The overhaul end on 4th Ramadhan.

Alhamdulillah all unit back online as per plan. This is very important to ensure the electricity are continuous supply to TNB our main customer, also to Malaysia.That's why some mtb xtvt is slowdown...& next maintenance expected starting a month from today (same day with KPLR 2009)



As usual during Ramadan...Perlis Power Plant will conduct the break fasting with the villages around the plant. The first one at Masjid Sungai Berembang then follow by Masjid Sungai Baru.(same date with Perlis Mtb Club event)

Last week all staff bring bring family during break fasting. The top management also give 'duit raya' to staff children that attend/or not attend the event...included the s/by person . Thanks to all.


Syawal - will be working day for our plant. Since the will none stop of using electricity...there will be continuous supply...

So..those who are working..don't worry..next year will be Ur turn..for Hari Raya with family. Work as usual.."banyak bersabar".....My self also will be working until malam raya.....
